Dr. Randall W. Spence is a seasoned author, consultant, and executive coach with decades of experience leading and revitalizing organizations in both ministry and business. He is currently writing his debut book, Building a Life by Design: Finding Happiness, Success, and Significance, set for publication in 2025.

With a diverse career spanning leadership roles in churches, retirement communities, and small businesses, Randall brings a unique blend of ministry and business acumen. As President and CEO of Willow Knoll Retirement Community, Randall led the organization in its transformation into a full-service continuing care retirement community, overseeing expansion into assisted and independent living facilities and growing the annual revenue from $3 million to over $5 million. His leadership at Willow Knoll also included managing a team of 130 employees and enhancing care services for seniors.

 

Beyond his business leadership, Randall has served as an Executive Pastor, Director of Ministries, and Senior Pastor, where he spearheaded organizational turnarounds, fostered growth, and united communities. His coaching and consulting services empower pastors, executives, and small business owners to reach new levels of success, turning stagnant organizations into thriving ones.

 

Randall’s dedication to leadership and transformation has earned him multiple recognitions, including the Distinguished Alumni Award from Anderson University School of Theology. His ongoing mission is to help others design meaningful lives, marked by purpose, growth, and impact.
