Randy’s work has been shaped by more than fifty years of leadership across ministry, organizational development, senior care, statewide leadership, higher education, governance, consulting, and executive coaching.
Across those settings, the work has remained remarkably consistent: understanding what is really happening beneath the immediate problem, clarifying responsibility and accountability, and helping leaders make decisions that can hold up beyond the moment.
