EXECUTIVE COACHING

Some decisions need more than another opinion.

They need perspective from someone who understands the weight of the chair.

Randy works one-to-one with executives and senior leaders navigating complexity, transition, responsibility, and decisions that rarely come with simple answers.

Coaching often begins when:

1

The decision is yours, but the variables are tangled.

2

You’re leading the transition while still navigating it yourself.

3

The role has changed, but you haven’t had space to catch up.

4

Something feels off, but the visible problem doesn’t fully explain it.

A TRUSTED OUTSIDE PERSPECTIVE

Leadership can make the room surprisingly small.

The more responsibility a leader carries, the fewer places there may be to think out loud without managing someone else’s reaction.

Boards need confidence.

Teams need direction.

Employees want answers.

Randy gives leaders a place to step outside the immediate pressure, sort through what is actually happening, and think clearly about what comes next.

Change is physical.
Transition is emotional.

A decision can be made in an afternoon. The people involved may still be moving through the transition long after the decision is final.

Randy helps leaders navigate what follows: the uncertainty, responsibility, relationships, and human consequences that cannot be resolved by the decision alone.

WHEN THE LINES OVERLAP

Sometimes the organization is the work. Sometimes the leader is.

Leadership & Advisory

focuses on governance, structure, accountability, succession, organizational health, and decisions affecting the organization.

Executive Coaching

focuses on governance, structure, accountability, succession, organizational health, and decisions affecting the organization.

Often, the two overlap.

EXPERIENCE IN THE ROOM

Perspective shaped by carrying responsibility.

Randy has spent more than five decades in roles where leadership decisions affected organizations, boards, teams, resources, communities, and what happened next.

He has served as a president and CEO, board chair, statewide organizational leader, pastor, consultant, and executive coach, navigating growth, decline, succession, governance change, renewal, difficult transitions, and decisions without obvious answers.

That experience shapes the conversation, but it does not create a formula.

Randy listens, asks questions, challenges assumptions when necessary, and helps leaders see the situation more clearly so they can determine what comes next.

START A CONVERSATION

What are you trying to move forward?

You don’t need to have the entire problem defined before reaching out. Sometimes knowing that something needs greater clarity is enough place to begin.
