Known to most as Randy, Randall W. Spence has spent more than fifty years leading across the church, health care, and higher education.

 

He served a decade as his denomination’s state overseer, responsible for more than two hundred congregations, worked as a long-term care CEO across four states, and today chairs the board of trustees at Mid-America Christian University.

 

Today, in what many would call retirement, he continues to coach, advise, write, and serve.
